No need to do this from 8.6.0, as since 8.6.0 even if "[[softurl]]/public/" is kept in url it trims it to [[softurl]]/public, so keep as in manual. 14) Keep Database Port blank in manual installation since it is not mandatory since 8.0.1. It was mandatory in 8.0.0.
